Tabby is a highly configurable terminal emulator, SSH and serial client for Windows, macOS and Linux. It is currently trending on GitHub, and here’s why:

Integrated Connectivity and Customization

Tabby has integrated SSH and Telnet client and connection manager, as well as an integrated serial terminal. It offers theming and color schemes, fully configurable shortcuts and multi-chord shortcuts, and split panes with tab memory. It also supports PowerShell (and PS Core), WSL, Git-Bash, Cygwin, MSYS2, Cmder, and CMD, making it a versatile tool for all users.

Advanced Features and File Transfer

Tabby has direct file transfer from/to SSH sessions via Zmodem, full Unicode support including double-width characters, and proper shell experience on Windows, including tab completion via Clink. It also has an integrated encrypted container for SSH secrets and configuration, SSH, SFTP, and Telnet client available as a web app (also self-hosted).
